I work with professionals from early careers to seasoned professionals seeking support as they contemplate a new role, move to a more senior position, change of industry etc.  I offer tailored coaching on career transition, job search strategy and confidence at interview, tackling any underlying beliefs that could be hindering a search or a search starting.

Using my 20 years of HR experience where I have been a hiring manager, supported leaders make executive hiring decisions, led recruitment teams and briefed agencies on thousands of job searches I know what companies are often looking for when they consider applicants. I use my mix of knowledge and coaching skills to enable you to present yourself in the best way to get engagement with your job applications.  We can look at all aspects of your job search from your search strategy, you CV, your LinkedIn page, interview skills, confidence and together get you focused on jobs that are right for you.
