Executive and Leadership Coaching
I work with Senior leaders on a confidential individual basis to enable you to achieve your full potential. As the world continues to change fast, leaders often find themselves needing to adapt to continue to lead a workforce with ever changing expectations.
In our coaching sessions you will have the time to focus on what is most important to you as a leader and together we will build a realistic plan to enable you to achieve your goals. Every leader has different needs and therefore every coaching session will be tailored personally to your goals, some recent work I have done with leaders has been on:
Stakeholder Management – working through the complexities of stakeholder management in highly matrixed or global organisations, managing challenging stakeholders, managing stakeholders where conflict has arisen.
New leadership role – getting ready for a new more senior role, working through how to engage the team, what needs to be done in the first 3-6 months and how to set a new strategic agenda
Promotion Readiness – working on development plans to ensure leaders are ready for their next big role on an Executive Board.
Change Management – supporting leaders who are leading organisations through sometimes challenging changes, how to engage others experiencing the change curve, ensuring that in turbulent times leaders know what success looks like.
These coaching interventions typically take place over 6 to 10 sessions and if agreed as valuable can include a 360 feedback process with key stakeholders.
